VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS: 100 m. a.s.l. – South/West Exposure (Loc Cappella – Lucca) – Guyot Training System – Vine density per hectare 5000 plants

ANNUAL PRODUCTION: From 4,000 to 8,000 bottles of 750 ml. depending on the vintage

VINIFICATION AND AGING: Harvest: Carried out by hand with further selection of the bunches in the cellar before destemming – Crushing: Manual punching down and pumping over. Fermentation: With indigenous yeasts in steel vats – Fermentation temperature: 28/30° controlled – Maturation: 12 months in 500 liter French oak barrels and steel and cement vats.

COLOR – Ruby red color, violet reflection

NOSE – Scent of Berries, Plum, Plum, Spicy

ON PALATE – On the palate quite soft, quite tannic, fresh
