They make sparkling wine entirely in their cellar, where their km0 bubbles are born, rest and evolve.

They are the expression of the territory and nature that surrounds the estate.

It was a gamble, but with passion and dedication and thanks to the experience and knowledge of his oenologists he made this dream come true. They produce 40,000 bottles and more than half are represented by sparkling wines from the Tuscan Coast.

Segreto Brut started this journey, it is their Classic Method of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pas dosé is decisive and sharp that fully represents the territory.

The Metodo Classico di Sangiovese Segreto Brut Fut de Chene Rosé represents Tuscany itself but in a different guise, always maintaining the characteristics of the grape variety with a personality all its own. It is a sparkling wine with character and a captivating sip. It ferments and ages in French oak tonneau and then moves on to the mise en bouteille phase and rests on the lees for a total of 24/36 months. Zero dosage.

Then there are the Charmat SabbiaMare Methods with Sangiovese vinified in white and STiLE Segreto di Pinot Noir, they are produced in the winery’s autoclaves and are bottled with its own isobaric bottling machine. They represent the expression of the terroir and vineyards of the Tuscan Coast
