Grapes from the Vineyards of Villa Borbone, Torre del Lago, in the Migliarino and S.Rossore Natural Park, on sandy soil 800 meters from the sea. A Beach wine, light maceration on skins and controlled fermentation in steel, aged for 6 months and sparkling in an autoclave in our cellars.
