Made only from Aleatico grapes. The harvest takes place in the first days of September. The grapes are dried in the sun on racks for about ten days. The maceration on the skins lasts seven days at a temperature of 25°C. The aging is done in steel for about 6-7 months and in the bottle for another 3-4 months. The wine has an intense ruby red color and the nose reveals excellent aromas of rose, cherry liqueur, strawberry jam and cocoa beans. The flavor is intense, pleasant: red fruits in jam, chocolate, black cherries in syrup. Due to its complex olfactory and taste-olfactory characteristics, this wine goes perfectly with chocolate desserts, cakes with berry and cherry jam and even ice cream. Serve at 18°C. Contains sulfites.
