VINIFICATION
Vinification and aging:
All the grapes are harvested by hand and the bunches are selected with care. A part is de-stemmed by hand and another left in whole clusters and placed in tubs for vinification.
Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Maceration time depending on the years. Spontaneous malolactic. Aging in wood.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR – Ruby red
NOSE – Intense and fragrant. Floral notes of violet and iris. Fruity notes of cherry and blackberry. Spicy notes of vanilla and pepper.
PALATE – Juicy, round and fresh. Good persistence.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
It is best appreciated at a temperature of 18°C. During the summer it can be served a little chilled .
