Vineyard location: 150 m. Above sea level.; South – South/West exposure
Training system: Guyot
Density of vines per hectare: 5000 plants
Harvest: Carried out by hand with further selection of the bunches in the vineyard at the end of October
Crushing: Pressing whole grapes
Fermentation: With indigenous yeasts in small oak barrels
Fermentation Temperature: Uncontrolled
Maturation: 12 months in 250 liter French oak barrels
Annual production: 1,000 bottles of 375 ml. depending on the vintage
