Density of vines per hectare 5000 plants
From 4,000 to 8,000 bottles of 750 ml. depending on the vintage
Harvest: Carried out by hand with further selection of the bunches in the cellar before destemming
Crushing: Manual punching down and pumping over
Fermentation: With indigenous yeasts in steel vats
Fermentation temperature: 28/30° controlled
Maturation: 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels and steel and cement vats.
COLOR – Ruby red colour, violet reflections
NOSE – Scent of Wild Berries, Plum, Plum, Spicy
PALATE – On the palate quite soft, quite tannic, fresh
It is a perfect accompaniment to appetizers, red meats and roasts.
