White Vermouth
The white Vermouth of the Apuan Alps is produced by processing 80% Vermentino, alcohol, sugar, absinthe, spices and aromatic herbs carefully collected and selected on these lush hills.
- Taste: Very aromatic taste with notes of sage, lemongrass, nutmeg, citrus fruits and herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
- Pairings: A pleasant aperitif served cold or as an ingredient for many cocktails, it is delicious to enjoy at the end of a meal combined with desserts.
