Written Bean BIO – Az Ag Favilla
Cultivated in the land of Picciorana (Lu), the Scritto is characterized by its elongated shape and not too rounded. It is a small bean, light brown in color, with an integument as delicate as that of Cannellino, but with a strong texture and flavor like Red.
It goes well with the “Rosso” in the preparation of broths, but its flavor is enhanced more in oven baking. It is also excellent boiled and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
