Castagnini – Vermouth

Vermouth Caramel-colored, clear flavored wine with aromas of cinchona, cloves and notes of rhubarb and cinnamon. On the palate it is full-bodied, with very persistent notes of sweet and bitter.

• Composition: Composed of 80% Vermentino wine, alcohol, caramelized sugar, absinthe, spices and other aromatic herbs carefully selected and collected on the Apuan hills
• Pairings: A pleasant aperitif served cold or as an ingredient in many cocktails, it is delicious to enjoy at the end of a meal combined with desserts
