Sangiovese vinified in white 50%, Vermentino 30% e Chardonnay 20% Pas dosé
Grapes from the vineyards of Villa Borbone, Torre del Lago, in the Natural Park of Migliarino and San Redness, on sandy soil 800 meters from the sea. A beach wine, with fermentation control in steel, aged in steel in our cellars for 6 months, sparkling wine in autoclave always in our cellars at a controlled temperature for 3 months.
