The oil is certainly a product of excellence produced by the company. From the fertilization, carried out without chemicals, to the fight against insects (fly) done with preventions of natural origin, to the harvesting exclusively by hand, to the pressing carried out in the first 24 hours and the subsequent bottling, such care is taken that the finished product is excellent.

The olives are harvested in olive groves in the municipality of Vinci (FI), a few hundred meters from the birthplace of the great Leonardo Da Vinci, and in a small olive grove located in the municipality of Lucca. The varieties with which the oil is made are mainly Moraiolo and Leccino and a small part of Frantoio.

The resulting oil is an oil suitable for condiments, bruschetta and pasta dishes.
