Description
Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah grapes harvested in mid-September give this wine, aged on fine lees for 4-5 months, pleasant aromas of roses, raspberries and melon, accompanied by a slight hint of cream.
It has a beautiful soft pink ” onion skin” color and is delicate and fresh on the palate, with flavors reminiscent of small red fruits such as raspberry and currant.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with ham and melon, shrimp cocktail, and chicken meatballs.
Serve at 10°C.
