VINIFICATION ET AFFINAGE : <\/span>Vendanges manuelles. Mac\u00e9ration plus ou moins longue selon les ann\u00e9es dans un pressoir pneumatique. Pressurage doux et d\u00e9bourbage du jus \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature. Le jus est ferment\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e dans des cuves en b\u00e9ton et en acier inoxydable. La fermentation est spontan\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’ajout de pied de cuve n\u00e9 dans le vignoble. Affinage sur lies fines pendant 4 mois. Chiarificato con bentonite e filtrato. Vin avec ajout de sulfites.<\/span><\/h6>\n
