Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature for about 6-7 months; then the wine is aged in the bottle for 3-4 months. Bright straw yellow in color, the nose reveals a good intensity and develops aromas of passion fruit, lychee, pineapple, cedar and grapefruit, with a fresh green note of tomato leaf. On the palate it is pleasant, intense and persistent, with a fresh and savory flavor. It can be paired with crab dishes, shrimp cocktails, fried fish, fried chicken and the classic &#8220;Milanese cutlet&#8221;. Serve at 8-10\u00b0C.
