Vermentino IGT Val di Magra 75cl. Straw yellow color intense aroma, fruity held with partial maceration on the skins, it goes well with first courses, fish, white meats and cheeses. Serve slightly cool.<\/h5>\n
24-36 hours of maceration on the skins, rest in steel barrels for 3 months on the lees and refines another 3 in the bottle. 12,5%.<\/h5>\n
Straw yellow with soft golden reflections, it must be served not too cold so that the fragrance is not grumpy and is able to express hints of ripe annurca apple and delicate floral notes of chamomile. On the palate it is balanced, more driven towards acidity than flavor, slightly astringent and with an almond finish.
